The motsunabe (offal hot pot) is absolutely delicious. They apparently use carefully selected soy sauce from Kyushu for the broth. Yep, the taste is definitely different! The extra grated yam was also a new discovery.
The handsome owner's English is also a learning experience!

The curry has a comforting, home-style taste that even children can enjoy, and it's great value for money.
Next time, I want to try the beef tendon stew rice bowl.

I love motsunabe (offal hot pot), but I never expected to find such an authentic one in Asahikawa. The offal was plump and juicy, the soup was flavorful, and even the vegetables were delicious.
The manager's unique and cheerful personality was also very endearing.
Finally, we added udon noodles to finish the meal, and the soup, infused with the delicious flavors of the offal and vegetables, coated the noodles perfectly. It was absolutely fantastic. If I'm ever in Asahikawa again, I definitely want to go back to this restaurant.
Lunch here is a pleasant experience that's both relaxed and satisfying. The set menu has a surprising variety, and the portions are generous, making it a good place for catching up with friends. Prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is cozy with just the right amount of privacy at each table. It's a great spot to stop by for a quick, tasty meal and a drink.
